Dr. Foy Campbell, Director Career and Technical Education, Magnolia ISD updating the club members or recent developement in the CTE program
Magnolia ISD's Career and Technical Education [CTE] Program's goal is to equip those students thinking about a technical career instead of college with the education and skills necessary to obtain employment in their chosen trade upon graduation from high school. Focus areas include, Architecture & Construction, Communications, Business, Teaching, Cosmetology, Hospitality and Transportation. Since its inception it has attracted many students and recent graduates have found employment. In several of the fields graduates' starting salaries are comparable to recent college graduates.
