Dr. (Attorney) Josephine Diete-Spiff CPT, JP
Queen Josephine Diete-Spiff addressed the members concerning the importance and the efforts required when raising young girls. She focused on ways to assist girls in gaining power and control over their lives and acquiring the ability to make strategic choices in every endeavor. She is Queen of the Nigerian Twon Brass Kingdom and President, Queens of the Niger Delta Initiative and Chair/CEO of the Titare Star Royal (STAR) school for children and CEO Miracle Leadership Development, LLC. She is the author of several books on raising girls.
Her presentation was based on her experiences of being raised in a patriarchal society in Africa that places little importance on raising and educating girls.
